Greg has extensive litigation experience, with a focus on litigating complex and consumer class claims and claims related to consumer product compliance. He has litigated dozens of class cases alleging violations of California and Federal consumer protection statutes and unfair competition laws. He often manages litigation teams that require diverse backgrounds and he is well-versed in e-Discovery techniques, having successfully employed them to help clients save time and money in litigation.

Greg has also litigated numerous actions alleging violations of California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act (commonly known as “Proposition 65”), and has worked closely with experts to demonstrate that the exposures at issue did not reach a level for which a warning was required. He has assisted to supervise and steer industry-wide Proposition 65 cases and has successfully defended Proposition 65 cases both in trial and in the Court of Appeal.

In addition to supervising and steering industry-wide Proposition 65 cases, he has also helped companies facing licensing and permitting issues during government investigations and mergers and acquisitions.

Greg received his J.D. from the University of California – Berkeley in 2011 and his B.A. in Political Science from San Francisco State University in 2007. Greg was also a Senate Fellow for the California State Senate, Class of 07-08. Greg is admitted to practice in the state of California.
